Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

You've already been let down once — we take the trust you place in us seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we do with your information.

1. Who we are

Global Insolvency LLC ("Global Insolvency", "we", "us") is a USA-based scam and asset recovery firm. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our website, submit a case review or enquiry form, or engage our services.

Questions about this policy can be sent to help@forevergonerecovery.app or +1 (305) 555-0142.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of scam you experienced, the approximate amount lost, and the details you include in your message or case review form.

Case information: documents, transaction details, and correspondence you share with us while we assess or pursue your case.

Technical information: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the website secure and improve it.

3. How we use your information

To assess your case and contact you about it.

To provide recovery services, including tracing funds and liaising with banks, payment providers, cryptocurrency exchanges, insolvency practitioners, receivers, and — where appropriate — law enforcement.

To send you updates about your case through the client portal.

To meet legal, regulatory, and fraud-prevention obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary to work on your case or where the law requires it — for example with banks, exchanges, legal counsel, court-appointed receivers, insolvency practitioners, and law enforcement agencies. Everyone we work with is bound by confidentiality obligations.

If you ask us to stop working on your case, we will stop sharing your information except where we must retain it by law.

5. How we protect it

Your information is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access restricted to the people working on your case. Our dashboard and client portal are passcode and reference protected, and sensitive actions are handled server-side.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them regularly.

6. How long we keep it

We keep case information for as long as your case is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Enquiries that do not become cases are deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing help@forevergonerecovery.app, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to know what we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@forevergonerecovery.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example, to keep the secure dashboard signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date below shows the latest version; material changes will be flagged on this page.
