Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Global Insolvency LLC website and the services we provide. By using the website, submitting a case review or enquiry form, or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
If you engage us to pursue a recovery, that engagement will also be covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, and responsibilities. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls.
2. What we do — and don't promise
Global Insolvency LLC provides scam and asset recovery services: assessing cases, tracing funds, and pursuing recovery through negotiation, formal insolvency processes, and the courts.
We will always give you an honest assessment. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular amount — or any amount at all — will be recovered. Recovery depends on factors outside our control, including where the funds went, how much time has passed, and the cooperation of banks, exchanges, and authorities.
Content on this website is general information, not legal, financial, or investment advice. We are not a law firm; where legal advice or representation is needed, we work with licensed attorneys.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your case, and to tell us promptly if anything changes.
You confirm that the funds and claims you describe are yours and that you have the right to pursue them.
You agree not to use our website for anything unlawful, and not to attempt to access our systems, dashboard, or client portal without authorization.
4. Free case review
Submitting a case review form is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not create a client relationship, and we are under no obligation to take on every case submitted to us.
A client relationship begins only when we confirm acceptance of your case in writing and any engagement agreement is signed.
5. Fees
Fees for recovery work are set out in your individual engagement agreement before any chargeable work begins. We will always explain the fee structure to you clearly, in writing, first.
Never pay anyone who contacts you out of the blue claiming to be from Global Insolvency and demanding upfront payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, or wire to a personal account. If you're unsure whether a communication is really from us, call +1 (305) 555-0142 before paying anything.
6. Confidentiality
We treat everything you tell us as confidential and handle it under our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep confidential any non-public strategies, contacts, or work product we share with you during your case.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, logos, and images — belongs to Global Insolvency LLC or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Insolvency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a separate engagement agreement says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
